Stefani ceramic cartridge remove chlorine, chemicals, metals, sediment, bad taste and odours. However the filters do leave some essential minerals including Calcium, Potassium and Magnesium to keep you healthy.

For fluoride removal up to 97% try an UltraCeram 5" or Doulton Fluoride removal filter candles.

Stefani filter candle does not remove fluoride and are not suitable for tank water. For filtering tank water recommend you use the Doulton filter candle.
